He is the founder of Spiro Solutions Pvt Ltd and is responsible for overall direction for Spiro Solution, the company’s technological & Business strategic developments and Support Company’s revenue generation.

He is viewed as one of Chennai’s leading Training and Education entrepreneurs.

He earned a bachelor’s in Computer & Science engineering from SRM University, Chennai.

Vice Chairman

M.Shampath Kumar is the Vice Chairman of the board of Spiro since 2007. He has served as a member of Spiro board of Directors since 2004

He is the co-founder of Spiro Solutions Pvt Ltd and is responsible for providing strategic analysis of the company’s business and Support Company’s revenue generation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University, Tamil Nadu. And his master’s in Business Administration from Periyar University.

R.S Arun has been Director of Spiro since 2007. He has served as a member of Spiro board of Directors since 2007.

He is the co-founder of Spiro Solutions Pvt Ltd and is responsible for providing overall direction for Spiro Solution and its strong network of people and solutions.

Arun is the Chairman of Arun Constructions, one of leading Construction firm in Erode, Karur, and Coimbatore Region.

He is a graduate of Anna University, Tamil Nadu where he earned his Bachelor’s of Electronics & Communication engineering Degree from SRM. And his master’s in Construction from Karnataka University.
